Listening has two levels
The strategic conversations, where the problem needs reframing, are led by an analyst in person. The systematic mapping —constraints, processes, data— is scaled by AI agents, to reach where a human team cannot. The agents capture; the reframing is human.
Judgment cannot be automated
The analyst contrasts what the machine detects against your reality and applies judgment: what is viable, what matters and what does not. That last mile —deciding what is worth it— is not delegated to a model.
