In corporate-startup pilots, the business case (CAPEX/OPEX/ROI) is traditionally quantified, but what each party contributes in terms of intangible value is not objectified: market access, data, assets, IP, team and support. This generates asymmetries in negotiation and makes scaling, JV or investment decisions difficult.
The Pilot Value Framework is our valuation module that quantifies in euros the contributions of corporate and startup/scaleup, generating an objective basis to negotiate pilot conditions, prepare Go/No-Go and anticipate scaling structures, joint venture or investment (CVC).
