We collect operational problems and strategic priorities, and convert them into concrete opportunities. This workshop is the starting point of the Observatory of Opportunities and Risks, which allows us to detect viable solutions and anticipate regulatory and market risks.

Observatory: Scouting and solution selection

We identify which solutions truly fit your challenges, without noise.

We activate a directed search based on the criteria defined in Month 1 (impact, viability, urgency and operational fit). We combine market intelligence and assisted analysis to locate, filter and compare startups, scaleups and specialized providers.

The result:

A broad but already qualified selection, with clear maturity signals and early alerts (team, traction and delivery capacity), ready to move to comparative evaluation.

Recurring monthly service

Every month we convert market signals into an executable decision and a curated shortlist:

We detect market signals (competitor movements, regulatory changes, applied trends) and their implications on cost, operation and business continuity.
We search and curate solutions (startups/scaleups + relevant providers) with industrial criteria: operational fit, IT/OT, data, security, maturity and delivery capacity.
We evaluate comparatively with industrial scorecard, business case and data requirements. We close the decision: Pilot, Commercial, Kill or Park.

The result:

Monthly decision report: executive summary, scorecard, business case and plan. Recommendation ready to present to management committee.

The Problem

In corporate-startup pilots, the business case (CAPEX/OPEX/ROI) is traditionally quantified, but what each party contributes in terms of intangible value is not objectified: market access, data, assets, IP, team and support. This generates asymmetries in negotiation and makes scaling, JV or investment decisions difficult.

Our Solution: Pilot Value Framework

The Pilot Value Framework is our valuation module that quantifies in euros the contributions of corporate and startup/scaleup, generating an objective basis to negotiate pilot conditions, prepare Go/No-Go and anticipate scaling structures, joint venture or investment (CVC).
