Services to decide and execute

We convert digital transformation and sustainability into executable decisions with evidence.

Industrial Transformation Operating System

Industrial Transformation Operating System (Digital + ESG)

A monthly system to detect market signals, curate solutions and close decisions with less risk.

How it works

01

Competitiveness and risk diagnosis (decision-oriented)

In 4 weeks we identify where competitiveness is being lost and what risks are coming (regulation, energy, supply, reporting). We translate this into actionable opportunities and leave a clear monthly plan: what to look for, how to compare it and what criteria must be met to advance.

02

Monthly monitoring and scouting

Every month we convert market signals into a defensible decision. We don't do generic reports or endless lists: we focus on viable solutions that generate impact, and compare them with industrial criteria.

03

On-demand pilot activation

Objective, scope, metrics, measurement plan, responsible parties, governance and Go/No-Go criteria.

Month 1 — Competitiveness and risk diagnosis (decision-oriented)

In 4 weeks we identify where competitiveness is being lost and what risks are coming (regulation, energy, supply, reporting). We translate this into actionable opportunities and leave a clear monthly plan: what to look for, how to compare it and what criteria must be met to advance.

  • Competitiveness gap: cost, efficiency, quality, service continuity and productivity
  • Regulatory and ESG risk: what changes, when and what impact it has if no action is taken
  • Competitor and reference movements: what they are implementing and what gap opens up
  • Opportunities map (Digital + ESG): 2–3 clear priorities, without dispersion
  • KPIs and baseline: metrics to decide with evidence
  • Readiness: data, IT/OT, security and purchasing (what is missing to execute without friction)

We finish the month with 2–3 priorities, decision criteria and a backlog ready to start the monthly cycle.

Monthly monitoring and scouting

Every month we convert market signals into a defensible decision. We don't do generic reports or endless lists: we search for few options, but good ones, and compare them with industrial criteria.

Market signal detection

  • Competitor and reference movements
  • Regulatory changes and emerging risks (ESG)
  • Applied trends and technological signals (only actionable)
  • Implications on cost, operation and business continuity

Solution search and curation

  • Directed universe: startups/scaleups + relevant providers
  • Curation by industrial criteria: operational fit, IT/OT, data, security, maturity and delivery capacity
  • Shortlist typically 3–6 options (not "directories")

Comparative evaluation and business case

  • Industrial scorecard (impact, viability, risk, ESG/digital)
  • ROI hypotheses, baseline, KPIs and assumptions
  • Data requirements and dependencies (purchasing, IT/OT)

Decision and next step

  • Final recommendation based on evidence: Pilot / Commercial / Kill / Park
  • Monthly decision report (executive summary, scorecard, business case and plan)
  • Purchase preparation when applicable (RFI/RFP-lite, criteria, comparative matrix)
Includes:
  • Initial competitiveness and risk diagnosis + opportunities map
  • Monthly signal monitoring (competitors, regulation, applied trends)
  • Scouting and solution curation (startups and providers)
  • Comparative evaluation, business case and decision criteria
  • Purchase preparation when applicable (RFI/RFP-lite, criteria, comparative matrix)

Frequently asked questions

We answer the most common questions about the Operating System

How does the annual model work?

It's 12 monthly installments. We start with the strategy month and Observatory of Opportunities and Risks. At the end of the first month there is a review point: if expectations are not met, we stop. If we continue, we start the recurring monthly scouting and monitoring service.

What makes this different from a traditional consultancy?

We don't deliver a report: we close decisions. Each month ends with a defensible recommendation (pilot, contract or discard). And when we activate a solution, we start it with metrics, governance and clear criteria to continue or stop.

Who needs to be involved on our side?

Management sponsor, an operational manager (owner) and an IT/OT contact point. Without owner, it is not executed.

What sectors have you worked in?

Construction, energy, renewables, food industry, logistics and manufacturing. We work with companies that have physical operations, complex supply chains and need to comply with ESG regulation.

Do you always have to pilot or can you contract directly?

It depends on the maturity of the solution and the risk. If there is evidence of fit, clear requirements and proven provider, the recommendation may be to contract directly. If there is technical or operational uncertainty, we pilot. The Operating System covers both routes.

Alternative

Modular services

If you only need a specific phase, you can contract it separately.
