The problem

The hard part is not adopting AI. It is making it deliver real impact.

Tools multiply and time does not. Most companies use AI superficially: without clear judgment to choose among hundreds of options and without connecting it to the way they work.

81%

of Spanish organizations already invest in integrating AI agents into their systems.

KPMG Global Tech Report, 2026

20%

of EU enterprises with 10 or more employees already use AI in their business.

Eurostat, 2025

66%

of organizations report measurable gains in productivity and decision quality by combining people and AI.

How we work

From operational friction to an implementable opportunity.

  1. 01 / 06

    Operational assessment

We map processes, repetitive tasks, information sources and decisions that currently consume excessive time or depend on fragmented knowledge.

  2. 02 / 06

    Opportunity mapping

We translate the friction we found into specific opportunities for AI, automation, data, digital tools or process redesign.

  3. 03 / 06

    Prioritization

We compare opportunities by potential impact, cost, feasibility, risk, implementation time and employee adoption.

  4. 04 / 06

    Technology scouting

We identify and assess platforms, providers, startups and internal development according to your company’s actual needs and limitations.

  5. 05 / 06

    Business case

We define expected benefits, costs, risks, responsibilities, success metrics and the evidence required to make the investment decision.

  6. 06 / 06

    Pilot and roadmap

We design a controlled pilot and a practical roadmap for integrating the solution into your processes, systems and teams.

Frequently asked questions

What we get asked before starting.

Do we need a defined use case to start?

No. We can start from a problem, a process or a business area where the company is losing time, margin or control. Part of our job is to translate that into specific opportunities.

Do you sell AI tools, or are you tied to a platform?

No. We do not start from a platform we need to sell: we assess the options against your company’s needs, systems and objectives.

Do you only work with artificial intelligence?

No. The right solution may be AI, automation, analytics, data integration, process redesign or software you already have. The priority is solving the business problem correctly.

Do you only work with large companies?

No. We work with both SMEs and large corporations. The scope adapts to each company’s resources, budget and decision-making speed.

Do we need an internal AI team?

No. We bring the technical layer, train your team and support adoption. Your people decide; AI accelerates.

Do we have to change our current software?

Usually not. We work with your current systems and their constraints. We only recommend changes when the evidence justifies them.

What do we receive at the end of an assessment?

A structured view of the main operational issues, prioritized opportunities, an initial assessment of value and feasibility, and a clear recommendation on next steps.

How long does a pilot take?

It depends on the scope, but we talk weeks, not months. It is designed to produce measurable results early so you can decide with data whether to scale.

How do you measure success?

With metrics defined from day one: time, cost, errors, capacity. Every pilot is designed to support a business decision, not to demo a technology.

How is company data protected?

Contractual confidentiality, responsible AI use and data always under your control. We assess the privacy implications of every solution before recommending it.

What will our company own at the end?

The use cases, the mapped processes, the documentation and the learning. Even if the AI model changes, the knowledge is yours.

How do you prevent a pilot from becoming another experiment?

By defining the problem, objectives, metrics, owners and decision criteria from the start. A pilot with no path to production does not get launched.

What if AI is not the right solution?

We tell you. Our recommendation does not depend on selling a platform; if the problem is better solved another way, that is what we will propose.

Do you help with training and AI governance?

Yes. We train teams in responsible AI use and help establish governance, adoption and measurement criteria.
