1. Data controller

The controller of the personal data collected through this website is LETSINNOVATE, S.L. (the technology and innovation division of Grupo LETS), with registered office at Paseo de la Castellana 116, 10th floor, 28046 Madrid (Spain), Tax ID (N.I.F.) B-21715099, registered in the Madrid Companies Registry under sheet M-849974, first entry. For any privacy-related enquiry you can write to hello@letsinnovate.es.

2. Data we process

We only process the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form, the newsletter signup or by email: name, company, email address and the content of your message. This site does not use cookies. To measure our audience we use Vercel Analytics, a cookieless tool with no persistent identifiers whose data is aggregated and anonymous, so it cannot identify you.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use your data solely to respond to your request and maintain any resulting business contact. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in replying to the enquiries you send us (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.f of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR).

4. Retention

We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where applicable, the business relationship. Once no longer needed, it is securely deleted.

5. The website assistant

This site includes a conversational assistant. The text you type into it is sent to OpenRouter, which routes it to the language model provider that answers; both act as data processors. These providers are located outside the European Economic Area, so that transmission constitutes an international data transfer, subject to the safeguards required by Chapter V of the GDPR.

We do not keep conversations. They are not stored in any database of ours, and their content is not logged in our systems. The conversation stays only in your browser's session storage while the tab remains open, and disappears when you close it. The providers named above may retain it temporarily under their own policies.

The assistant does not ask for personal data. If the conversation suggests you want to get in touch, it simply prepares the contact form for you to review and submit yourself: your name, company and email are typed into that form, never into the chat. Even so, we recommend not entering personal or confidential information into the assistant.

The legal basis is your consent when starting the conversation and our legitimate interest in answering the enquiries you send us (art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).

6. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. The technology providers supporting this site act as data processors under the safeguards required by the GDPR.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hello@letsinnovate.es. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or service changes. The version in force will always be the one published on this page.
